About this project
El Día de los Muertos is growing in popularity. However, AP Spanish teachers wanted their students to learn that this holiday isn’t just celebrated in Mexico, but throughout Latin America. We chose four different countries. Students had video and written sources, one in Spanish and the other in English.
The project was done with Storyline 360, and students did their independent work using Google Slides.
The final product was a foldable project that explores Day of the Dead products, practices and perspectives in four different Spanish speaking countries.
