Purpose
To provide a set of instructions in an easy to understand way to ensure consistency, quality, maximize time and reduce errors. 

About the project
This project was done for a cleaning company. In this company, the cleaning technicians are female. The poster details the steps cleaning technicians need to take once they park in front of the house they are going to clean, until the moment they knock on the door to greet the costumer.

For this poster I used Adobe InDesign to create the poster. Also, I used Adobe photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to manipulate some images. Images come from Freepik as a premium user. 

This portfolio features the first unit and a screen shot of the last unit unit exam.
